What were your responsibilities?
Managing the licensing, retail and brand development programme for Teletubbies with the help of an assistant.

Current job in licensing:
Head of licensing for Granada Ventures.

What are your responsibilities?
Managing the global licensing business at Granada Ventures - ably assisted by a sales team of seven, a creative team of three, a retail and marketing manager, a US team of two and a PA. Looking for new brands to represent.

What is your greatest achievement so far?
Sitting in Michael Schumacher's championship winning Benetton F1 car.

What is the best licence you have worked on so far in your career?
Teletubbies and now Bella Sara, Numberjacks and Arsenal FC.

What licence would you most like to have in your portfolio?
In the Night Garden and Lewis Hamilton.

If you could choose your dream job in licensing, what would it be and why?
Mine. I've got an awesome team, a strong and increasing brand portfolio and an amazing office with views over the Rivert Thames, London Eye and Big Ben.

What's the best thing about working in the licensing business?
The people and the social gatherings.
