First job in licensing:
Assistant to the director of licensing at Warner Bros Consumer Products.

What were your responsibilities?
Apart from admin, participating in sales meetings. It was a great opportunity to get a good understanding of the licensing business and meet lots of varied businesses.

Current job in licensing:
Director of international licensing at Jetix Consumer Products (the licensing division of Jetix Europe).

What are your responsibilities?
To develop and implement strategies for our properties so that my team and I will achieve our goals and objectives across Europe.

What is your greatest achievement so far?
To provide answers to these questions... and also licensing GB posters for Babylon 5!

What is the best licence you have worked on so far in your career?
The first Batman movie. It was such an exciting experience, visiting Pinewood Studios for the first time and signing so many licences.

What licence would you most like to have in your portfolio?
The Apprentice - you could have so much fun, especially with this year's candidates.

If you could choose your dream job in licensing, what would it be any why?
Sir Alan Sugar's job, so I would be 'licensed' to fire Helene, Jenny and Claire.

What's the best thing about working in the licensing business?
Meeting so many different personalities, clients, colleagues, animators; many of whom have become friends.
