JOB DESCRIPTION:
This well known Licensing and Design agency are looking for a Commercial & Licensing assistant to join their close knit team. You will be working with the Commercial manager to co ordinate all aspects of the business on a daily basis. You will work on contract negotiation, industry research and maintenance of key industry databases, as well as some PA duties and act as the day to day retail contact for all commercial queries.
COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
· Day to day retail account management
· Maintaining records, industry databases & creating presentations
· Press & industry monitoring
· Preparing legal documents, deal memos, minutes, agendas, sales sheets, business plans etc
· Some contract / commercial negotiation
· Attending meetings
· General office duties including filing, database maintenance and office upkeep
· PA duties, including diary & travel management, day to day arrangements, expenses etc.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
· At least 2 years office experience in an administrative or PA role.
· Proficient in Excel, Word, And Powerpoint
· Understanding of brands, licensing, contracts or retail industries
DESIRABLE SKILLS
· 2 yr + Experience at a retail head office or within the licensing industry
· Marketing experience

· Excellent team player
· Ability to follow tasks through to the end.
· Must be able to multi task and operate well under pressure.
· Must be presentable, with ability to interact and communicate with personnel and clients at all levels.
