We are currently seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join our Fisher Price Licensing team. Reporting to the Associate Licensing Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to assist the Fisher Price UK Licensing Manager and Mattel Brands Senior Director in the day to day running of the overall consumer products business. You will coordinate the Fisher Price approval process across the region working with the Fisher Price US HQ team and licensees across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities include:
Approval process
Ensuring that submitted designs from licensees are routed to appropriate teams for approval, giving feedback to licensees in a timely fashion and tracking and archiving all samples as necessary.
·    Monitoring and controlling the deadlines in the process
·    Liaising with the licensee and the US approval co-ordinators to facilitate the flow
·    Tracking advertising and promotion activities and invoicing
·    Providing licensees with artwork, guides and guidelines
·    Ensuring all submissions, correspondance, approvals and final products are filed
·    Managing all approval administration including filing and post
·    Organising storage and retrieval of finished samples
Other
·    Coordinating licensee meetings
·    Establishing timelines for product cycles (by specific category/licensee)
·    Attending trade fair activities (Mattel booth or licensee booth)
·    Competitive product analysis and overviews
·    Sample co-ordination for PR & Marketing initiatives
·    Liaison with licensees to gather specific category information
·    Gather all royalty and sales forecasts reports from licensees in a timely manner. Ensure all sales reports are correct and track fluctuations.
·    To provide general day to day support to the UK Licensing Director, organising schedules, travel arrangements and administration.

Education:
·    Ideally graduate level with a Marketing or Business related degree.

Experience:
Work experience preferably from these areas: licensing, retail, marketing or where relationships and deadlines are a main part of the job. Brand management exposure and product development experience preferable.

In return we will offer a salary of circa £22,000. We work 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 to 1.00 on Friday, and you’ll enjoy a great benefits package including a Company Pension and Private Healthcare.
