The Role and the Company:

Winning Moves are looking to recruit an enthusiastic licensing executive to come in and assist with the day-to-day running of their licensing department.

Winning Moves is a significantly expanding games company, owner of the Top Trumps and Waddingtons Number 1 brands, while also developing and manufacturing customised versions of traditional family games such as Monopoly, Cluedo, Twister, Guess Who etc, and occasionally bringing its own portfolio of board games to market both domestically and overseas.

The company will typically hold over 50 licenses at any given time, working with a wide range of properties from Disney to Manchester United & from Moshi to James Bond so you’ll be sure to be working with some of your favourite brands on a daily basis through the nature of your role.

The main roles and responsibilities include:

o   Negotiate suitable commercial terms for new and renewed license agreements.
o   Account management / building relationships within the licensing world.
o   Attendance of licensee days and relevant trade shows.
o   Identify further sales and marketing opportunities within the licensing world (domestic and US)
o   Sales forecasting.
o   Management of licensing software.
o   Identify new key licenses while keeping up to date with current trends.
o   Contract reading and management.

Skills required:

o   Qualifications: GCSE (A-C) Maths & English
o   Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel
o   Ability to work as part of a team
o   Excellent communication skills
o   Excellent organisational skills
o   Keen attention to detail

Package: negotiable.

o   Salary IRO £23-26k.
