We are refocusing the licensing organisation on the building strong category focused teams. The Brand & Licensing team in Europe has aggressive growth plans and is undergoing significant structural change presenting exciting opportunities
To aggressively drive growth in this key category and utilise Hasbro’s core brands with focus on My Little Pony, Littlest Pet Shop, Transformers, Nerf & our games portfolio.
To develop and build strategic licensee & retailer relationships to deliver compelling best in class product in the categories of outdoor, electronics, plush, wheeled and role play.
Develop and grow the UK business to be a high performance category:Set strategy and vision for the UK in these categories
Prioritise licensing & retail partnerships in line with Brand strategies to maximise revenue opportunitiesIdentify key partners / “best in class” to ensure Hasbro brands are delivered to the consumer through compelling product
Work alongside Hasbro Toy & Game team to leverage strong brand marketing and key retail relationships in order to deliver unified and consistent consumer / retailer execution
Negotiate and develop licensing agreements for the UK as well as Pan-European agreements lead from the UKFull UK P&L responsibility for Electronics, Plush, Wheeled, Outdoor, and Role Play categories including Budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Work closely with Creative Director EMEA to maximise the impact and results for the UK Create a point of difference for Hasbro Brands amongst a competitive licensing landscape within the UK
5-8 years experience in a Licensing environment Detailed knowledge of toy business from a manufacture & retail perspectiveExperienced in ownership of account plans, budget and forecasting.

Team player Ability to work within a matrix organisation ensuring key deliverables and targets are achievedAble to challenge and bring new ideas and thinking to the business.
