We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensing Assistant within the Licensing department.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide the Group Licensing Director, Senior Licensing Manager and Brand Manager with administrative support as well as managing own projects as and when required.
In this role your key responsibilities will include
* Providing the level of support required to maintain efficient processes within the licensing team, resulting in effective communication with internal business units and external parties including licensors, retailers and trade press.
* Providing support in licensing acquisitions, brand management, database management,meeting preparation
* Duties such as diary management, organising travel events and expenses submissions
* Communicating with internal business units to gather commercial information to build business plans and forecasts
Requirements
To drive success in this role the essential requirements you should demonstrate are
* Being organised so you can plan ahead and multi-task
* Able to work under pressure - working within tight production and retail launch deadlines
* Motivated - with the tenacity to see projects through to the end
Ideally, you should also have
* Experience within an office environment , preferably in licensing or a similar industry

Licensing Assistant - Creative

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Licensing Assistant within the Tigerprint Licensing department.
The purpose of this role is to provide the Licensing Manager with administrative support as well as managing approvals as required for both Hallmark and Tigerprint.
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
* Co-ordinating approval submissions across all licensed product categories
* Creating and maintaining a catalogue of products in store and planned launches
* Requesting and proofing final samples
* Liaising with NPD managers for launch dates to enable timely product development
* Communicating with Licensors to ensure product development requirements are being met
* Creating and maintaining the internal licensing blog to keep teams informed about licensing
* Preparing for licensor meetings: create agendas, collate products to show etc
Requirements

* Being able to communicate with and influence others within and outside the organisation
