GENERAL FUNCTION
The Coordinator will report to the Director, Brand Development and will be responsible for day-to-day tasks relating to client and licensee management. The Coordinator will also be responsible for generating new business and managing licensees across the Toys & Collectibles category in particular.

This position would suit a graduate or someone with one or two years’ experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Support day-to-day needs of clients and licensees
·    Research product categories and industries
·    Prospect for new licensees
·    Negotiate deal terms and create deal memos
·    Co-ordinate all licensee product development and product approvals
·    Manage development of marketing materials
·    Complete tracking, monitoring and analysis of royalty reports
·    Monitor retail distribution
·    Work with licensees to develop annual business plans

WORK EXPERIENCE
