Head of Product & Creative

Gemma are proud to represent the world’s biggest brands in the UK and European marketplaces with over 30 key licenses including Peppa Pig, Disney, Angry Birds, Hello Kitty and Moshi Monsters.

We are looking for an experienced and talented person to join our ambitious and dynamic team as an ambassador for Gemma, progressing and developing Product and Creative across our Business.

You will lead our Product and Creative teams enthusing them to drive us to the next level, consistently producing work to a high standard and delivering the best to the market - through product, design and customers, all within our business strategy and budgets.

As part of the Senior Executive team you will over-achieve our vision, strategy and budgets, communicating and encouraging cross department interaction.  You will add significant customer revenue to the business through managing the development of new product innovation and commercial creativity in the market. You will hit the ground running and thrive in our dynamic workplace.
