Marvin’s Magic who is internationally recognised as the brand leader and number one for magic worldwide. We are looking to grow the sales team with recruitment of a Business Development Manager
The Role:
A big part of the role is developing new accounts, but from day one you will take over established accounts to look after and grow both nationally and internationally
This role will involve new product development and a continual focus on continued growth and maintaining high levels of business performance.
Important to the role is an understanding of the toy industry and the major customers within each market.
This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to build an outstanding career with a respected business.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience of working within the toy/children's product sector managing National Retail accounts.
Essential Requirement:
A demonstrable track record of sales success managing accounts and bringing on new business.
Ideally based within the South East/Home Counties no more than 1 hour away from St Albans.
Imperative to have experience in FMCG national account management into national retailer channels managing the sales of toys or children's products.
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Outstanding communication skills at all levels
Ability to bring strategic direction to the sales function
Excellent rapport building skills
Strong personality with excellent negotiation skills
Enthusiasm and determination combined with a pragmatic approach to your work are essential traits for this person.
Time management and strong organisational qualities are essential as the position requires remote working.
