Finance Manager

The Beanstalk Group seeks a Finance Manager within the London office.  The candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day financial requirements of the UK office.  The Manager will be responsible for servicing internal Account Managers and our clients based throughout Europe.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:  timely and accurate client reporting, effectively communicating with the management team, department heads, and clients on the financial progress and targets of the business, working with account teams and US office to develop detailed revenue projections by account, managing the UK budgeting and forecasting process and preparing monthly UK office P&L analysis.

Beanstalk is seeking a candidate who has held a similar position in a licensing organization and has a strong understanding of the financial management of licensing programs.  This is an excellent opportunity to be a business partner to our account managers and clients, working on top brands throughout Europe.

This role requires strong client services orientation, a very detail-oriented and organized team player and an excellent communicator with strong business acumen.    

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and Professional Accounting qualification.  Seven to ten years of work experience in financial function in a client services organization. Two years post accounting qualification is preferred.
