Description

 

Responsible for managing all aspects of retail marketing on a multi-territory basis across the Consumer Products portfolio within EMEA, key responsibilities include:

 

·      Working with VP Brand Mgmt to develop and execute retail programs alongside brand strategy designed to maximize Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Product revenues at selected retailers on a multi-territory basis.

·      Be the voice of N&VCP and build strong retailer relationships with marketing and buying staff across all sectors & product categories at key multi-territory retail accounts to drive sales, growing royalty revenues. 

·      Work with key licensing partners, territory heads & agents aswell as region retail teams on the development of retail specific programs & strategies designed to maximize the presence of NVCP properties within yearly and quarterly objectives.

·      Generate retail marketing promotional ideas, pitching opportunities, negotiating overlays – managing & executing all elements.  Liaising with LOBs, territory heads and licensing & promotional partners on a multi-territory basis.

·      Coach N&VCP agents on a local level on how to initiate retail marketing strategies, working step by step from initial pitch through to implementation.

·      Manage the execution of tentpole activities & retail initiatives to ensure all opportunities have been leveraged within key multi-territory retailers.

·      Work within the retailers internal marketing & communication channels to implement instore activity & support.

·      Identify & encourage cross-category promotions.

·      Provide retail insights, competitive analysis whilst highlighting opportunities for increased sales and distribution to internal teams.

·      Maximise & manage multi-territory resources and budgets, negotiating partner contributions and developing specific retail common marketing budgets.

·      Work closely with EMEA licensing team to support DTR retail partnerships where product is sourced directly from licensees outside DTR agreement.

·      Develop and manage all internal and external communications related to retail marketing.

·      Work closely with internal designers to review all marketing retail related materials, providing comments and approval in line with brand strategy.
