At Egmont we are passionate about children's publishing. Our brand management team is recruiting for a 6 months+ maternity cover.
The position is responsible for managing a number of brands from the Egmont Publishing portfolio. You will have commercial responsibility for the profitability of these brands, and will be expected to manage the publishing programme for each of these brands on a day to day basis.
This role will also include budgeting and revenue projections for each brand, updating the brand plans, stock management, presenting titles at green light meetings and being the liaison point for Egmont with external stakeholders, including licensors. In addition, this role will be expected to meet with internal stakeholders for each brand including sales, marketing, production and the creative teams.
To be considered for this vacancy….
You must have publishing experience, ideally in brand management or marketing but this is not essential. You must be proactive, organised and task focussed and possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Above all you must be enthusiastic about children’s publishing!
