Spreadshirt signs deal with Seven Towns to bring cult property to t-shirts.
Multi-channel clothing commerce platform, Spreadshirt has secured a deal with Seven Towns to produce Rubik's Cube clothing.
The range is now available through the Spreadshirt marketplace, where fans have the chance to buy the popular Rubik's Cube image in the design, colour, style and size of their choosing.
"We chose Spreadshirt because of their reputation, vast product range and the partners they already work with," said Mike Townend from Seven Towns. "Spreadshirt's offering is much more effective for licence holders.
"With their technology we have been able to set up an online print-on-demand shop with great ease. In addition, payments and returns are managed by Spreadshirt. The platform means we can offer fans access to a huge database of designs, with no upfront costs for anyone."
Philip Rooke, CEO at Spreadshirt, added; "I am delighted to be working with Seven Towns on merchandise for the Rubik's Cube. I have had one of these since I was 11 and I still cannot do it.
"They are an iconic licence that customers identify with and love. Now like many licensors, they have realised that Spreadshirt can offer a whole new range of merchandising opportunities.
"Merchandising can be as complex as their puzzles, but Spreadshirt is able to make it simple or them."
