Consortium makes indicative cash proposal for all of the firm’s shares.
The RDF Media Group’s independent directors have received an indicative cash proposal to acquire all of the company’s shares by a consortium, which includes RDF Media’s executive directors, according to an official statement.
An independent committee of the Board of RDF Media, including the independent directors, will evaluate the proposal.
RDF Rights is a division of the group, which creates, acquires and distributes TV content such as kids' shows Mister Maker and Escape from Scorpion Island.
