Merchandising and retail programme will "deliver a lasting legacy to rugby fans across the globe".
Sports Brand Management Services, trading as Elite Sports Properties (ESP), is the exclusive worldwide master licensee for Rugby World Cup 2015.
RWC 2015 sees the top 20 participating Unions battling it out for victory in host venues across England and Wales in September and October 2015.
ESP is "committed to creating an exciting merchandising and retail program that delivers a lasting legacy to rugby fans across the globe".
It will work with licensing companies in the UK and around the world, as well as managing a comprehensive retail programme.
ESP’s aim is to build on the success of the Rugby World Cup 2011 licensing programme with "world-class in-venue retail activation, superstores on the High Street, the official online store as well as developing strong third party retail relationships".
Rugby World Cup Limited Chairman Bernard Lapasset said: "Rugby World Cup Limited is delighted to welcome on board Elite Sports Properties, one of the world's foremost merchandise and entertainment companies, as master licensee for Rugby World Cup 2015 in England."

Rob Woodhouse, a director at ESP, added; “ESP is proud to be appointed as the master licensee for RWC 2015. We are already actively seeking expressions of interest from local and international companies who are interested in becoming an official licensee of the tournament.”
Rugby apparel company Sportfolio has already been appointed as the exclusive apparel licensee, which previously delivered a programme for RWC 2011.
Ross Monro, CEO of Sportfolio Europe, commented: “Sportfolio is delighted to be involved as the exclusive apparel licensee for RWC 2015 and to be renewing the relationship with RWCL that we had for the successful 2011 event in New Zealand.
"With our brand partner Canterbury of New Zealand, we look forward to activating the merchandising programme early, which will see product in UK stores this February.”
