Non-exec chairman raises stake in ER

Rod Bransgrove ups shares in firm to 19.7 million.
Entertainment Rights has revealed that its non-executive chairman Rod Bransgrove has bought 550,000 shares in the company at 9.25 pence each.
This increases his stake to 19.7 million shares or 2.69 per cent.
Last week, the company revealed that all talks regarding a potential takeover offer had ceased.
Bransgrove said in an official statement that the firm has significant underlying value and is in a strong position to generate returns.
