Broadcasters across five continents pick up a number of firm's animated properties.

Busy Taffy Entertainment has inked a number of new deals for some of its top animated series.

New comedy/action/adventure series Cosmic Quantum Ray has been picked up by Disney Channel Latin America and DeAgostini Neo Network in Italy. Growing up Creepie, meanwhile, has been signed by ATV in Hong Kong.

Seasons three and four of Code Lyoko will go to Cartoon Network Australia and MTV3 in Finalnd afer the success of seasons one and two; while The Fantastic Four will now be coming to China (ERG Media), the Philippines (ABS-CBN) and Indonesia on home video (PT Unggul Cipta Piranti).

The multi-territory JimJam kids' TV channel has also secured the rights to ToddWorld and the new Ava Riko Teo pre-school series.

The latter will appear on JimJam in the Middle East, while ToddWorld will be seen in Italy, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Taffy has also completed package deals with Brightspark in the UK, for video rights on the ToddWorld, SamSam, Pet Alien and Mix Master series, and with Sun TV in India for Code Lyoko, SamSam, Bobby's World, Babaloos and Flight Squad.

"These deals, representing a diverse number of territories, are further testimony to the universal success of our animated properties," said Lionel Marty, president of worldwide distribution at Taffy.
