Lucky Cookie property to appear as comic strip in magazine.
Fun Crew has inked a deal with Signature Publishing for a new full page comic strip of Lucky Cookie in its Easy Peazy magazine.
The title was launched last August and is aimed at five to nine year-old girls who love to be creative. Each issue includes craft projects, cooking, drawing, painting and fashion, as well as puzzles, stories, posters and competitions. A covermount also comes with each issue.
"Lucky Cookie embodies all of the Easy Peazy elements - she's fun, funky, creative, bright, kind and magical," said Amanda Clifford, editor of Easy Peazy.
"Her stories and image have captivated our readers and we're delighted that she has become a regular character in the magazine."
Angela Harrison, director of Fun Crew, added: "Lucky Cookie is a fresh design-led brand with fantastic narrative potential. It's wonderful to be developing stories about her adventures in a sunshine world with her fortune telling feline, Mojo. There will also be summery-feel Lucky Cookie activities to entertain the readers."
