Elizabeth Arden announces long term deal to make, distribute and market Liz Claiborne's fragrance brands.
Clothing maker, Claiborne, whose fragrance brands include Juicy Couture, Usher and Lucky Brand, said the royalty income from the deal would add to earnings and margins in 2009 and beyond.
Elizabeth Arden said the deal would contribute to net sales and earnings growth in fiscal 2009 and would assist the cosmetics maker increase its gross margins.
