Two firms sign global licensing partnership for The Mr Men Show.
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Chorion have revealed a global licensing partnership for The Mr Men Show TV property.
The deal will see SPHE release all 52 episodes of the new sketch comedy show on DVD.
"SPHE is pleased to add such a well-loved brand to its slate of family-friendly DVD product," said Bob Rubin, the firm's executive VP. "This cleverly written, animated franchise should perform very well around the world."
This is the latest deal for Chorion as it continues to build the profile of the new-look Mr Men. The brand also has licensing agreements in place with Fisher-Price, Unilever, Virgin Atlantic. Quantas, Zara, Jakks Pacific, American Greetings, Penguin Publishing, Nestlé and Sony Creative Products.
