New Thomas deals in place for RC2

RC2 and Hit have agreed new licensing terms for the Thomas and Friends franchise.
RC2 has signed an agreement with Hit Entertainment which modifies existing licence agreements and provides a release to RC2 in connection with past indemnification claims related to the recall of certain products and other legal matters.
