Toy firm Brainstorm to roll out six to eight new products bearing the brand next year.

Busy Brainstorm continues to add to its branded portfolio, inking a new deal with the Natural History Musuem.

The firm will create six to eight products in a new range, which is due to launch in early 2009, to show the diversity and strength of the NHM brand.

"The Natural History Museum is one of the world's greatest institutions," explained Rosanne Kenealy, Brainstorm's product director. "It is both a pleasure and a challenge for us to work with their team to develop products that reflect the inspirational approach to science promoted by the Museum and the brand.

Jeremy Ensor, head of retail strategy and licensing at NHM, added: "Brainstorm's products are high quality and innovative and fit in very well with the Museum's mission to make science fun and relevant - we are delighted to have signed them up as a licensee."
