High level changes at Entertainment Rights

Chief finance and operations director resigns.
Entertainment Rights has announced that Elizabeth Gaines, the firm's chief finance and operations direector, has resigned and will leave the company on August 29th, according to Hemscott.
Robin Miller, formerly chief executive of Emap, has been appointed as deputy chairman.
In addition, ER also said that non-executive directors Julian Paul and Irvin Fishman will resign on October 31st, while Richard Brooke has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director.
