Licensing Awards nominations come hot on the heels of Homey triumph in New York.
Entertainment and sports licensing agency CPLG is celebrating five nominations for this year's Licensing Awards - completing a good month for the company after it scooped four 'Homeys' at Fox's awards ceremony in New York in June.
The firm has been nominated for the Best Licensed Adult Apparel or Accessories Range (Sesame Street t-shirts from Famous Forever); Best Schooler, Tween or Teen Licensed Property (WWE); Best Celebrity Licensed Property (Elvis); and Best Sports Licensed Property (England Football and England Rugby).
"It's an honour to have been nominated for these awards and we're very excited about being finalists at such a prestigious ceremony," said CPLG UK MD Vickie O'Malley (pictured).
The nominations follow CPLG picking up four 'Homeys' at 20th Century Fox's exclusive awards ceremony, held annually at Licensing International in New York. It is open to all of Fox's agents worldwide.
CPLG took home Licensee of the Year Gold (Unipapel, Spain, stationery) and Bronze (Armosia, Italy, credit); Retailer of the Year Silver (Plus, Germany); and Promotions of the Year, Silver (Quick Restaurants, France, QSR).
