New Crush for Telescreen

KJG appoints European representation on behalf of Crush, plus new signings for Little Princess.
On behalf of Crush Licensing, KJG has appointed Telescreen to handle the licensing and merchandising rights in Benelux with Germany's Celebrities Entertainment hired to look after German-speaking territories.
Telescreen will now be responsible for developing Crush's portfolio in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg, while Celebrities Entertainment will focus on the Bionyc Industries and Canvas Nation brands in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
"They both have great experience working in the fashion, brand and design-led markets between them representing some great properties from the Hip Designs portfolio to David & Goliath, Happy Tree Friends and Playboy to name a few," commented Kirsty Guthrie, MD of KJG.
"We are already on track to partner with some local licensees in these territories with whom we look forward to developing the Crush property portfolio in greater detail in Europe."
Meanwhile, KJG has also brokered some new deals for TV-Loonland's pre-school property Little Princess. Club Rugs is developing a line of rugs to be launched in autumn/winter, while DanJam Toys is currently developing a range of Little Princess wooden toys due in Q1 2009.
"These two new signings add great value to Little Princess' impressive licensee list," said Guthrie.
