Textile company to produce canvas art featuring the country's top football clubs.
Manchester-based textile company Character World is diversifying its range by manufacturing and distributing canvas art featuring football club crests and player imagery.
The art will feature images by Pineapple Aroundshot, the official panoramic sports photographer to the football league. Products will be available in the UK and Ireland.
"Our artwork will feature football clubs across the UK, from Celtic to Arsenal," said Danny Schweiger, director at Character World. "We've already received our first order for 12,000 units and expect high demand for the products especially as the new football season kicks in.
"We constantly strive to produce innovative products which appeal to a wide audience. Our canvas art will be a hit with football fans everywhere."
Pineapple's Steve D'Arcy added: "We are delighted to be forging a business relationship with Character World and believe our product offering complements the exciting range Character World are creating on our behalf. The aim is to see our products hanging on walls across the country."

I am looking for a company who is willing to license our cartoon characters and help get them out in the market. I see them from being placed on clothing, children’s bedding, backpacks, lunch boxes and much more. Our characters range from newborns to 8 year olds.
