Remington ties with De La Rue

Firm’s secure licensing solution to protect and enhance hunting goods brand.
De La Rue Holographics has been selected to protect official licensed products for Remington Arms Company, producer of sporting goods for the hunting sports market.
De La Rue’s secure licensing solution is being deployed globally on Remington’s range of branded licensed merchandise such as apparel, accessories and back packs. It incorporates an easy to authenticate hologram label supported by SLSNet, a web-based ordering, tracking and verification tool.
The solution means that approved licensees can protect their ‘exclusive licence’ investment by securing and clearly differentiating official Remington products in the retail market, with the ability to review and manage their orders online.
Every licensed product is effectively given a unique ‘licence plate’ enabling enforcement officials to track and verify official Remington products wherever they are in the world.
