RDF hires Henderson

Former Endemol man becomes head of programmes for Presentable.
RDF Media Group has hired Gavin Henderson as head of programmes for Presentable, the firm's Cardiff-based production company.
Henderson joins the firm from Endemol, where he was head of programmes for Endemol West, responsible for overseeing all of Endemol UK's output from its Bristol production base.
With Endemol for eight years, Henderson oversaw a diverse range of programmes including Deal or No Deal, The Games, Big Brother's Little Brother and Upstaged. Prior to this, he worked at Initial Film & Televison and Planet 24, where he was live editor on The Big Breakfast.
"Over the last four years I think I've managed to redefine what's possible in terms of regional programming and look forward to continuing this at Presentable," Henderson said.
