Eagerly awaited title to hit retail on October 10th.

The hotly tipped - and much anticipated - Lego Batman from Warner Bros Interactive will arrive in-store this Friday, October 10th.

The title, which studio Traveller's Tales has already branded its 'best Lego game yet', is the latest in a series of games to mix the Lego brand with well-loved franchises, and follows the hugely successful Lego Star Wars, Lego Star Wars II and Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures.

The game will be available on Microsoft's Xbox 360, Sony's PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2 and PSP, Nintendo's Wii and DS systems, plus PC.

BULLDOG

Gamers are given the chance to play from the perspective of either the heroes or the villain - with 15 levels for each. Characters include Batman, Robin, Alfred and Batgirl on the heroes side, or The Joker, Harley Quinn, Mr Freeze and Two Face on the villains side.

Marketing from WBIE includes a heavyweight TV campaign targeting housewives and kids, TV promotions with Cartoon Network, CITV and Jetix, a mainstream online campaign with AOL, Virgin Media, Cartoon Network, Jetix and CITV, plus trailers and inserts across all Warner Home Video family releases in Q4.
