KidScreen Summit 2009’s program is filled with conference sessions and networking opportunities.
An entire day will be devoted to exclusive research presentations exploring how kids want to be entertained and will feature a new study from Nickelodeon. The firm’s research team moved in with families across seven countries to ovseve the co-entertainment dynamic.
Dene DelVecchio, author of Creating EverCool: A Marketer’s Guide to a Kid’s Heart, will define the key principles of attracting the child audience in his Creating Blockbuster Entertainment presentation.
New to the event for this year, the Animation Services Market is a speed-dating format for connectin producers with animation service shops. Also new, the Development Challenge session will look at what happens when four different network development execs work on the same project.
Other highlights include the opportunity to hear about plans and priorities of children’s TV investors in the 30 Minutes With… sessions.
