Shares in troubled Entertainment Rights have been given a boost after it revealed it is in talks with a potential buyer.

The company has said that it is in early stage discussions which could lead to an offer being made.

Entertainment Rights - which revealed a restructuring plan in December - is continuing to work with its lenders to secure funding beyond the end of February.
