ITV gets Bitter about mobile

UK broadcaster ITV has licensed ZAC Toons' Bitter Barney content for its mobile portal.
The Bitter Barney content includes 40 comedy video shorts, along with animated greetings, wallpapers and voice tones.
ITV Mobile will begin offering the content on an exclusive basis between now and Christmas.
Troy Zafer, MD of ZAC Toons, said: "We are very excited about the relationship with ITV Mobile. Bitter Barney has already managed to capture an audience and we believe the collaboration with ITV Mobile will extend our reach. We look forward to further developing the property with ITV Mobile throughout the coming year."
Melissa Goodwin, head of mobile at ITV Consumer, added: "This is a perfect example of the kind of made-for-mobile content which sits brilliantly amongst the wealth of clips, downloads and information on our portal.
