Throughout the month of February, Licensing.biz will be taking a closer look at the apparel sector.

Already this month, Licensing.biz has reported on Fox's tie up with High Street fashion retailer Bershka for a line of The Simpsons tees, and Taffy confirming apparel and footwear deals for Dive Olly Dive.

Next week, our resident legal expert, Ian Down from Hamlins, will be looking at a number of strong issues within the market, including design infringement and counterfeiting, while a fashion industry expert will also be offering his views.
