4Kids reveals Chaotic video game

Company teams with Activision for Nintendo Wii, DS, PS3 and Xbox 360 title based on TV series.

The Chaotic licensing and merchandising programme just keeps on growing, with 4Kids Entertainment revealing this morning that Activision will be creating a video game based on the property.

The title will be available on Nintendo Wii and DS systems, plus Sony's PlayStation 3 and Microsoft's Xbox 360 from the autumn.

The game will combine action, role playing and turn-based strategy gameplay elements.

"Chaotic was the first trading card franchise specifically designed to connect competition with online interaction, so it's a natural fit for the property to evolve into video games," said Alfred Kahn, chairman and CEO of 4Kids.

David Oxford from Activision added: "Chaotic has quickly earned its place among the top trading card games on the market. We're excited to create a fresh experience which will appeal to video game fans and Chaotic enthusiasts alike."
