20th Century Fox and Universal Studios the latest names to pledge support.
With just under three months to go, companies are continuing to sign up for Licensing International in Las Vegas - with 20th Century Fox and Universal Studios being the latest major firms to confirm attendance.
Fox and Universal will be joining other big names such as Disney Consumer Products, Warner Bros Consumer Products, Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products, Dreamworks Animation, Sony Consumer Products, Cartoon Network, Marvel, MGM, Paramount Licensing and Chorion.
Warner, Disney, Hasbro and Marvel have also all significantly increased their exhibit spaces over last year.
In addition to several yet-to-be disclosed titles for 2010 and beyond, both Fox and Universal will be showcasing major 2009 releases including Night at the Museum 2: Escape from the Smithsonian, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs and Avatar (Fox), plus Cirque du Freak, The Wolf Man, Fast and Furious and Land of the Lost (Universal).
"With 2009 marking our first year in Las Vegas, the ability for exhibitors to showcase their properties in bigger and bolder ways has never been greater," said Georgiann Decenzo, Advanstar's executive VP. "We look forward to this year's show and believe that it will provide valuable insight into the continued strength of the entertainment licensing industry, not only this year but for years to come."
Licensing International runs from June 2nd to 4th at The Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas. Click here for further details.
