Adidas halts T-Mobile sponsorship

Continued doping allegations in cycling cited as the main reason.
Adidas is to end its sponsorship of the T-Mobile cycling team, says a report on Sportsbusiness.com.
The team’s main sponsor, Telekom, is also understood to be considering its relationship with the team, the website goes on to say.
“Obviously it’s a long story of doping and discussions with Telekom,” Jan Runau, Adidas Group spokesman told The Associated Press. “We have told Telekom of our decision and we are in talks to get out of the contract early.”
