One of the UK's leading independent publishers of children's books, Holland Publishing has launched a new kids' publishing business at London Book Fair.

The new Little Star Creations imprint will focus on licensed character product and has already signed key licences including Bang on the Door's Groovy Chick.

On top of this, Holland Publishing has also achieved FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification.

Aimed at children aged two to nine, Little Star Creations will specialise in FSC certified children's publishing and other associated product including gift height charts and children's headphones.

The licensed Groovy Chick range is the first major launch for the imprint and the complete range of publishing product will be made from forest friendly FSC certified paper. Other licences signed to date include Dora the Explorer, Pet Poets Club, Peppa Pig and Mr Men.

Other agreements are also pending.
