Details of EMEA consumer products roll out of Cartoon Network's boy's brand revealed.
Turner CN Enterprises has unveiled the full details of the the EMEA roll out strategy for its popular Bakugan property.
Following the success of the show in the US, UK and France, the consumer products programme will be lead by Spin Master's toy range.
Over 50 deals across a variety of product categories have now been agreed in the EMEA region by Turner CN Enterprises on behalf of Nelvana.
Multi territory deals have been inked with Warner Home Video for DVD and Royer SA for footwear. Panini has signed a pan-European deal for stickers and IMC will be distributing electronic toys and stationery.
Local licensing activity is also strong. For example, apparel partner Fashions UK and stationery and paper goods licensee GB Eye are on board in the UK, while Giochi Preziosi will be leading the same category in Italy.
Nordic partners include Folaget Phabel (publishing), Toptoy (partywear/dress-up) and KEM (DVD), while Germany has Beltex for bedding, Undercover for stationery and Bip for confectionary.
Meanwhile, France has TV Mania for apparel and Thermopyles for publishing, while Noriel has signed up for the publishing category across Central and Eastern Europe.
