Broad Street Licensing Group has brokered a new deal for the Culinary Institute of America, which will see its Masters Cookware Collection introducing new block knife sets, gourmet kitchen sets and revamped packaging.

Manufactured by licensee Robinson Home Products, the collection includes over 100 skus of CIA-branded cookware, gadgets, bakeware and cutlery. All are sold exclusively to gourmet stores and specialty retailers.

"What sets this collection apart from other lines of kitchenware is that it has been designed by CIA's master chefs for serious home cooks," said Carole Francesca, president of Broad Street Licensing Group.
