The Octonauts to be introduced at Mipcom; broadcast partners already on board.
Chorion will be unveiling new pre-school property The Octonauts at Mipcom next month.
The show - which follows a team of adventure heroes who dive into action whenever there is trouble under the sea - has already been signed up by Cbeebies, TF1 and ABC Australia for launch in 2010.
"The Octonauts is a great addition to the Chorion portfolio," said Geraint Marsh, senior VP of TV sales at Chorion. "With three major broadcasters on board already, we are thrilled to be adapting it for the small screen, as well as extending the reach of the property across online platforms."
The show will be based on the books from design team Meomi. The HD CGI animation is being produced by Brown Bag Films, which is also producing Olivia and Noddy in Toyland for Chorion.
