Singing Bee deals signed

JTMG inks a number of agreements for US-based NBC variety competition series.
Joy Tashjian Marketing Group has concluded a number of licensing deals for toys and games based around the NBC variety competition show The Singing Bee in the US.
According to Worldscreen, new licensees include Cardinal Industries for board and card games, Imagination Games for DVD-Rom games and Outrageous International for interactive karaoke products.
The Singing Bee challenges contestants to accurately sing the lyrics to popular songs, even when the band stops playing. The show is created by The Gurin Company and Juma Entertainment.
"I am extremely excited about the show's ongoing success and the partnership with JTMG," said co-creator and executive producer Phil Gurin. "People have expressed how much they simply love playing this game along with the contestants on television. Now Singing Bee fans will be able to find even more outlets to enjoy this game during the holidays."
