The countdown to the MCV Awards 2010 has begun – with date, venue and categories announced.
Titan Magazines strikes deal with the newspaper group to give readers a free comic this weekend.
The 16-page Simpsons comic, featuring two comic strip stories, puzzles and competitions, will be given away inside The Scottish Daily Record newspaper on Saturday November 14th and The People newspaper on Sunday November 15th.
The promotion will be supported by TV advertising running across terrestrial and Sky channels.
The deal was negotiated by Ricky Claydon, marketing manager at Titan Magazines, the UK publisher of The Simpsons Comics, and Jackie McGuigan, promotions manager at the Scottish Daily Record newspaper.
