Popular exec joins entertainment division to cover the toy and gift category on a consultancy basis.
Former Entertainment Rights and ITV exec Helen Fielding has joined CPLG's entertainment division on a consultancy basis to cover the toy and gift category.
Fielding has spent some eight years working in the licensing business. Previous roles include senior licensing manager and head of toys and games at Entertainment Rights (now Classic Media) - where she worked on properties including Postman Pat Special Delivery Service.
She also helped to launch Numberjacks in the UK as international licensing and brand manager at ITV and assisted in developing the 80th anniversary activity for Winnie the Pooh as assistant manager at Disney.
She has spent the past year consulting across a number of categories.
"I am very much looking forward to working with CPLG's amazing property portfolio," Fielding commented.
Vickie O'Malley, CPLG UK MD, added: "It's great to have Helen on board bringing her considerable experience to this key role. She has immediately slotted right into the team and will be a tremendous asset."
All the best Helen (clearly the old codger at the top doesn’t get out much!)
