Currently SVP Entertainment for Northern Europe, Pete Flamman has been given additional responsibility for the running of Turner's UK entertainment business.

Flamman currently manages Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, Pan and Nordic, achieving solid commercial growth for Turner across these regions.

His additional UK remit will see him tasked with managing kids' channels Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito and CN Too, as well as film channel TCM and comedy animation brand, Adult Swim. Flamman replaces Dee Forces, who left Turner for Discovery Networks UK.

"Pete has a proven track record of launching and growing successful businesses throughout Europe, which we have seen him achieve in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe," said Jeff Kupsky, president of Turner Broadcasting Europe.
