PGS Entertainment, the French distribution outfit, is to represent Studio Hari's new property, The Gees, across TV, video, licensing and merchandising.

The CGI animated series is the latest property from the animation house behind The Owl, which has sold in over 200 territories.

The Gees is already backed by France's Gulli, which is a co-producer, and is generating interest worldwide prior to delivery in the autumn of this year. PGS will be launching the show at MIPTV.

"The Gees follows the same comedic genius as Studio Hari's is now known for and we are looking forward to showing the first episodes to our worldwide broadcast clients at MIPTV," said Philippe Soutter, PGS MD.
