Firm releases three apps in partnership with design company, IDEO.
The brands included in the deal are:
Fisher-Price: See 'n Say is a virtual spinning toy, which gets kids to spin a virtual arrow and identify 48 animals.
Fisher-Price: Little People Farm is a cartoon farm with 25 'active touch points' to discover, including three mini-games. It also includes two songs written for the app.
Finally, Fisher-Price: Chatter Telephone is based on the plastic telephone toy that's familiar to millions of kids (and parents) worldwide.
All three apps are designed for children from two to five years-old. The first two cost $1.99 on the App Store, while the telephone app costs $0.99.
It's a sign that even toy firms are keen to capitalise on the big audience for 'pass-on' iPhone apps, bought by parents to engage and entertain their kids.
