New book series for Max & Ruby

Canadian publisher rolls out new titles for growing Nelvana property.
A new series of books based on episodes of the animated show Max & Ruby are now available at Chapters/Indigo stores in Canada.
Publisher Key Porter Books has released ten titles including Max's Favourite Things and Ruby's Magic Act. These, along with Ty beanie babies of the characters, are now available at stores across Canada.
"We are really excited that this book series is now available to thousands of devoted Max & Ruby fans across Canada," said Mark Northwood, VP of merchandise licensing for The Americas at Nelvana, which owns the property.
"It'll also be fun for young readers to cuddle up with a Max & Ruby beanie baby, too."
The show aims to teach pre-schoolers to get along with each other, while remaining true to themselves.
