Kidz Entertainment/EEMC has made a number of internal changes to its management structure.

KJ Istok will be stepping down as CEO, taking on the role of chairman.

Meanwhile, current chairman Morten Geschwendtner will become CEO/MD, while Peter Schnohr becomes COO/director and Darran Garnham takes on the role of director of strategic sales.

Claus Tomming will become director of Russia and entertainment, while current finance manager Teena Andersen will take on the expanded role of head of finance.

Staff numbers will also increase with the creation of four new positions in the company.
