Aurora inks new deals

Gift manufacturer signs US agreements with Scholastic and Warner Bros.
The firm will produce plush product lines based on Scholastic’s pre-school series, Dragon and Warner Bros. Looney Tunes.
The first characters to feature under the Looney Tunes licence will be Tweety and Taz with an expanded line including Bugs, Duffy and other characters to follow.
The product lines will include backpacks, pillows and pet carriers, with retail prices ranging from $4.99 to $29.99.
Sean Hellenbrand, director of sales, gift division for Aurora, said: 'We are excited to create the first ever plush line for Dragon and are proud to partner with a wonderful classic property like Looney Tunes. The licensed plush products will soon be available at thousands of specialty gift and retail shops, zoos and aquariums in the United States.
Availability for the UK and Europe is not yet known.
